Welcome Them!

What is my interest in collective intelligence, wisdom and consciousness? (please provide answers, even in your original language, as this is a condition to become part of this community. Names only will not be accepted): I understand that change comes from within and that the mind plays tricks on you. I need to be aware of that in order to remain balanced and centered. The next challenge is how to build organizations that are wise, aware and intelligent. How can we do that together?

About me... Share what you feel inspired to share. Need inspiration? Here are some questions: How did I arrive to TheTransitioner? What are my most essential values? What makes me get out of bed in the morning? What are my dreams? What do I want to accomplish in my life?: My mind was working 100% all the time. I was asking so many questions to myself that could not find any answers.I decided to let go . I found clarity and peace of mind. I have energy and love to share.
I like to feel empowered and to empower others.I like to take challenges. I dream of a world of peace and harmony where beauty is at every corner provided you are able to see it with your heart.
I was born in Casablanca, studied in Paris and New York City. I have been in my current job for the last twenty years. I have had the opportunity to work with an amazing team who allowed the company to grow to be a leader in the region. We have introduced breathing techniques and meditation excercises in the company which allowed employees to feel a sens of belongingness and a willingness to take responsibility. Training on Non Violent Communication also helped in preventing conflicts.
I took the course 1 in Marrakech with Jean François this year. Ilearned a new dimension to collective intelligence .As most participants, we were deeply touched by JF's work.

What are the gifts, skills and expertise I would like to share in this community?: I am creative, patient and persistent. I can act in a chaotic environment and create order and harmony. I can help people overcome stress, fear.

What are my current intentions, needs, burning questions, quests?: How can I introduce free currencies within my environment. How can I contribute to the project od collective intelligence and wisdom?

What is my current occupation?: I manage a steel and iron casting foundry of 180 people in Casablanca, Morocco.We export to first rate customers to more than 10 countries.

Did you see JF posted video on facts about our global transformation? Its really exciting to see our globalbrain being born. For me its inspiration for developing myself to enrich the cyberspace with meaningful relations.
