What is my interest in collective intelligence, wisdom and consciousness? (please provide answers, even in your original language, as this is a condition to become part of this community. Names only will not be accepted): I believe that deep change is necessary to implement conditions for a live in harmony in a context of depletion of natural resources. This deep change can occur only by re-building links and solidarity between people, by reconsidering what "being rich" means. I decided to quit the multinational business environment to work fot the implementation of a "new world" where people could live in harmony together and with their natural environment.

About me... Share what you feel inspired to share. Need inspiration? Here are some questions: How did I arrive to TheTransitioner? What are my most essential values? What makes me get out of bed in the morning? What are my dreams? What do I want to accomplish in my life?: Because my financial means decreased a lot since I left the big company I used to work for before, my vision of life changed a lot. This re-connected me with what is really essential in life. This is what I was looking for when I previously traveled far away during my holidays and lived with what our society calls "poor people". Essential for me is being consistent with myself and build relationships, human and authentic.
I came to the transitioner because I really believe in the necessity to re-locate economy. I am still looking for a job. I havn't found my place yet. It is therefore all the more important to join network of people sharing the same values and with whom I may be able to take action.

What are the gifts, skills and expertise I would like to share in this community?: I have time to share with motivated people. I have skills but I don't know, for the moment, which could the useful ones for the community.

What are my current intentions, needs, burning questions, quests?: My current burning question is "how can I act locally ?". I just moved to a new city, Lyon, and I would like to make things get real. How can I do that ? With whom ?

What is my current occupation?: Looking for a job, think about the activity I could create and go on learning : Non violent communication, sociocracy, open space technology...

The first thing that might help, is to look at your definition of "locally" - is that the physical space around your body, or could that possibly be the ecosystem within the universe that humanity calls home, or something in between? Our ability to connect (even without technology) over vast distances is there, it just needs to be developed by each individual. I'm looking forward to getting to know you, and sharing this journey we all call life. :)
