What is my interest in collective intelligence, wisdom and consciousness? (please provide answers, even in your original language, as this is a condition to become part of this community. Names only will not be accepted): I believe it is only with a by expanding the limits of our individual and collective mental complexity that we will reach a a higher level of level of adaptive, individual and collective, consciousness from whare to solve the wicked problems we've ourselves created from (Einstein and Kegan helped me formulate this)

About me... Share what you feel inspired to share. Need inspiration? Here are some questions: How did I arrive to TheTransitioner? What are my most essential values? What makes me get out of bed in the morning? What are my dreams? What do I want to accomplish in my life?: I am a grandfather of an immensely inspiring family, thanks to the most incredible wife. To satisfy my family's needs, I was for 30 years business entrepreneur, roller coasting between success and failure. 10 years ago I was forced to stop and reflect. I dug into theory and found out I had been doing wrong most of the time. I fear I will not escape remaining amidst this trans-disciplinary quest, bouncing back and forth from action to theory. With partners I founded Comind. We help organizations and institutions adapt to an incredibly fast changing world.

What are the gifts, skills and expertise I would like to share in this community?: Gifts of age, connections, will, motivation, opening to transdiciplinary ideas, experience, generosity... I have no other expertiser than my systems intelligence.

What are my current intentions, needs, burning questions, quests?: How to be the change i want to see in the World, how to grow towards a selftransforming mind

What is my current occupation?: Societal activist and action researcher in helping people and organizations adapt to a fast changing world
