"BTW, Bubbl.us looks interesting, as do some of the other collaborative mind-mapping tools, and it would be fun to play with one of them together to answer a particular question."

"I don't know of a tool that does realtime social network mapping, but that sounds like an interesting list of capabilities. I'd like to know more about how you would want it to work. There may not be a tool that already exists (or that…"

"I like and agree with your point about how Web 2.0 technologies don’t focus well on enabling reflective conversations. True. I sort of grew up online on Caucus in the early 90s and still think it’s a great platform for asynchronous…"

What is my interest in collective intelligence, wisdom and consciousness? (please provide answers, even in your original language, as this is a condition to become part of this community. Names only will not be accepted)
Originally my interest was inspired by Teilhard. Then by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Vedic wisdom, and teaching meditation. Then by artificial intelligence, social networks, and by dialogue and other methods of thinking together. I continue to be very interested in fulfillment of human potential. Learning how to think together is a great and crucial challenge.
About me... Share what you feel inspired to share. Need inspiration? Here are some questions: How did I arrive to TheTransitioner? What are my most essential values? What makes me get out of bed in the morning? What are my dreams? What do I want to accomplish in my life?
My learning and professional background includes cultural anthropology, urban affairs, planning, international trade and business, and software design and development, especially social software. http://www.linkedin.com/in/duncanwork.

Hi Duncan. Great to connect with you in some many spaces. Its amazing to me to get into the highly distributed conversations around the web. The immediacy and serendipity of this space is astounding.

I am currently in France working with Jean-François in thetransitioner ecosystem and haven´t been able to get the space I need to go into the spaces of conversation around the network. I will go into the argument mapping conversation and see what emerges for us there.

Pure potential!

Thanks for sharing your profile. What kind of meditation do you teach?
