César Harada est une émergence incarnée, il est le futur déjà présent mais encore très peu répartit, il est la vie qui crée.Ceux qui ont la chance de le rencontrer ou qui l’ont côtoyé s’en rendent vite compte. Il y a chez César à la fois une intelligence rare et une absence d’égo, une douceur de tous les instants et une délectation de la Vie.
César est le pionnier parmi les pionniers, tout ce qu’il entreprend répond à une impérieuse nécessité de créer, de repenser dans l’action, le monde d’aujourd’hui.
Il n’a que faire des interdictions, des institutions en place (M.I.T. compris) … il suit tout simplement ses intuitions, sa sagesse et son intelligence au service de la planète et de son environnement. Ce sont ses uniques guides. Sa personne, son confort, sa Porsche surtout, attendront à jamais ... il y a plus essentiel et vital et dès lors aucune concession possible.
César préfigure une nouvelle humanité, celle qui crée et vit en conscience chaque instant, celle qui partage.
Une nouvelle humanité qui ne parle pas des principes et des valeurs à mettre en avant car elle les incarne dans tous ses choix, dans toutes ses actions et attitudes au quotidien dans la quête permanente d’un absolu.
Les projets, les initiatives, les méthodologies ou idées qui émanent de César sont le reflet de lui-même : radicalement neuf, radicalement courageux.
En particulier le projet PROTEI est une source d’inspiration phénoménale pour les entreprises initiatives ou communautés, les femmes et les hommes qui souhaitent mieux appréhender et comprendre le monde en gestation. Mais là un avertissement !! : pour appréhender et comprendre il faut se mouiller ! (normal lorsque l’on parle des mers et des océans) , il faut s’y associer et faire ou alors s’en inspirer, cloner et améliorer (“forker”)
Voici des émergences et principes clés qui forment quelques-unes des fondations du projet PROTEI.
1) “Open Hardware “: chacun est libre d’utiliser, de modifier et de distribuer la technologie du projet Protei à condition de “citer/créditer” le projet et de partager les améliorations avec la communauté.
Cet “Open Hardware” est en quelque sorte la version technologique de ce que sont les creative commons à la création intellectuelle.
2) Inversion des priorités et critères de décision au sein des projets et entreprises:
Dans une entreprise traditionnelle ce qui détermine les décisions c’est dans l’immense majorité des cas:
1 - Le Profit sans lequel l’entreprise ne peut investir et se développer
Puis vient:
2 - La technologie, le coeur de métier de l’entreprise, ce qui fait sa richesse, son unicité.
Ensuite généralement viennent:
3 - les hommes et les femmes qui composent l’entreprise, leur bien-être.
Enfin arrive
4 - l’Environnement (ce que l’on appelle le développement Durable)
Dans une Entreprise/ Projet du 21ème siècle ces priorités sont tout simplement inversées !!!
1 Environnement 2 Hommes 3 Technologie 4 Profit
Comment cela est-il possible ??? C’est un véritable challenge que l’on peut mesurer par:
- la motivation et le don de soi des personnes qui oeuvrent au sein de ce type de projet ou d’entreprise
- la créativité et la souplesse de tous les instants au service de d’une cause, d’un projet, d’un sens qui transcende les individus et le collectif
3) « petits et connectés » plutôt que « grand et divisé »
C’est la caractéristique du projet PROTEI à la fois dans les bateaux drônes qui sont construits: petits et tous reliés, mais aussi des acteurs du projet répartis dans le monde entier, solidaires et interdépendants. Pour mieux saisir voir cette vidéo
4) penser et faire en même temps
Expérimenter, expérimenter encore, expérimenter toujours … et apprendre de ses erreurs en deux mots être vivant, organique
- via le jeu
- en associant le grand public

Ci-après ce discours très, très intéressant que Jean-Luc Roux m'a forwardé...
Beaucoup de "Il faut" mais avec le sentiment qu'ils (les gouvernants) ne savent pas vraiment comment ....
plus que démunis ... ils sont impuissants...
Il faut refonder le système monétaire international, Mesdames et Messieurs, il ne peut pas y avoir un
monde multipolaire politiquement et uni-monétaire monétairement. Ce n’est pas acceptable et ce n’est

This is the closet I have come to becoming a part of this movement. I have an awesome idea called ErgoFlow which could help to make it happen.
The only problem is this... I am in a really bad situation. No time to really explain it, but please check out this campaign I started and support it, because I am tired of all my talent going to waste.
I need a break, and the end goal of my campaign and its multiple parts is to get into a business incubatar program, or join some other part of this movement, so I can turn my ideas, and help other people turn thier ideas, into platforms.
If people help me, I can truly, truly, help them, and this entire movement to take another step. I'm 18, going on 19, but please look past my age. My life is also at stake here, this is not just about me wanting to start up a business, or get a role in this movement.
Please bear with this. Here is the link... I really do think that enough people will ban together, and pull through. I'm doing this all on my own, but this is a culture and movement I really want to become a part of.
Someone at least comment on my page, answer back, or add me on skype or something. I refuse the option of me ending up falling through the cracks, I know what I can do, and my willpower.
I am kind of idealistic, but I know the meaning of struggle. I know the light at the end of the tunnel is coming, and I will achieve it, one way or another. But in my case, crowdfunding campaigns and networking with this culture, will be the only out. Wish me luck.

It has been quite challenging to install the buttons since Ning compresses them. The quality keeps diminishing no matter how clear they are in the original design. The top bar is far from finished. I am working to improve it until a designer shows up. We are very open to collaboration and listening to comments that will help us with the desirability and usability of the site. Its not in its launching version yet.
I agree that the "about the transitioner" has no reason to be there. Its a ning thing. We can get it out paying so we decided to wait a bit until we can work with the CSS.
Working with Ning is the first stage of our development. Paralell to developing the community we are currently in research to decide which SN system we want to empower and co-develop. We are doing research for Ruby on rails. Our currencies system, marketplace, projectmanagment tool are all in Ruby on rails.
