What are the gifts, skills and expertise I would like to share in this community?
"As "Integral Activist" the most important thing for me is contributing to others. I strive for greater clarity and connection to my heart everyday, and I love to share that, and inspire others to learn and shine in the most authentic way. I also strive to break through the bounds of fear and live life with as much wisdom, audacity and love as humanly possible."

Michel Saloff Coste is recognized in Europe America and Asia as being a vanguard artist, integral and global futurist, business advisors and entrepreneurs. As keynote speaker he have spoke this last twenty yeards in front of more than 10 000 managers of the most important company in the world.
He is a change catalyst working with individuals, corporations and government to create “fast insights into alternative futures”.

Michel Saloff-Coste, consultant in management strategy and communication, got involved in more fundamental research on these topics as he directed a multidisciplinary workshop on societal change, from 1985 to 1987, at the Ministry of Research in France. In 1991, he joined as Senior consultant and research director the Bossard Consulting Group, a top leading European consultancy firm, which is now Capgemini.

In 1993 he created his own research and consultancy firm MSC ET ASSOCIES Management Strategy Communication specialising in global governance, sustainable development and information society. He has been President of MSC ET ASSOCIES since its foundation. Between 1997 and 2005, in the role of administrator, Michel launched and developed a venture capital firm, Newcap Invest. He is initiator and founder of the Club of Budapest in France in 1993: an international non-profit organisation dedicated to encouraging people to discuss complex global issues. Michel Saloff-Coste has taught vanguard management in HEC Paris since 1990.

As a contemporary artist Michel has explored a wide variety of mediums: painting, photography, video and music. His work has been exhibited and collected by many private galleries and individuals but also leading art institutions such as the Museun of Modern Art in Paris, Centre George Pompidou.
Michel Saloff-Coste's research focuses on the paradigm shift within the information society that he himself defines as a 'Creation-Communication Society'. He elaborated a structural grid that defines the evolution of civilization in four waves[10] – namely 'hunting & gathering', 'agriculture & breeding,' 'industry & commerce,' and 'creation & communication'. He then analysed the interaction between the different representational fields. This work was published and become a best seller under the title “Le Management du Troisième Millénaire”.

He developped further his framework with Carine Dartiguepeyrou and together they articulated ten long-term visions of the future called 'horizons'; their collaborative work was published in a co-authored book “Les Horizons du Futur”. He is author of more than ten books and numerous papers in French and English.

Bienvenue Michel. I apologize for not yet having regained my French skills enough to express myself in it so I am using my native language in hopes that you speak English (and based on the fact that dear Fernanda wrote to you in English). You have so much knowledge and caring to share and I'm sure you'll find many people here to collaborate with on your journey. I am certainly looking forward to getting to know you and share knowledge.
