For the fifth time, an exceptional Continuing Education in Soft Factors is going to take place in Switzerland. This two year long training not only allows one to acquire tools and practice in Leading and Coaching groups, but also open paths to new Relationships, by becoming aware of one's lacks and giving space to emergence.
Acknowledged with 60 ECTS, the
Master of Advanced Studies HES-SO in Human Systems Engineering is composed of four Certificates of Advanced Studies :
- Leadership and Grand Challenges
- Organisation - A Living System
- Communication and Coaching
- Specialisation : Organisational Development, Metacoaching, Diversity, Corporate Social Responsability, etc.
By the end of the postgraduate, the participant will master change methods for intervention on individuals, teams and organisations. He will have developed the know-how :
- to diagnose cultures and their sub-systems ;
- to connect the needs of human systems with the needs for performance ;
- to assess cultural risks and set up appropriate strategies ;
- to monitor development projects and processes and evaluate their costs and benefits.
