Question and answer site (like stack exchange) for open money ?

I have created a proposal question and answer site on area 51 for open money:

Area 51 is a site to build question and answer site such as stack.overflow or math.overflow. It is really powerfull for self organization of question and answers... The creation goes in 3 steps:
1- definition of the topic through the creation of typical off topic and on topic question
2- Commitment (people commit until enough people have come... )
3- Beta
