Bonjour,

For optimal health: One word Alkaline - the explaination for that is perhaps a little more complex and not as basic - pun intended! Primarily you begin with thoughts because thoughts create the chemistry of your body and negative thoughts create acidity which ages us and creates dis-ease. Nearly all foods that are consumed daily by the "masses" also leave an acid residue in our blood when our bodies metabolize them. There are some surprising twists to that statement though, like Milk for example, starts out alkaline but produces acid ash when metabolized. With an even lengthier response I could explain why milk actually depletes calcium from your bones to buffer the acidity of your blood...  A few more details would go along with this but Alkaline would be where to start.

A la prochaine!

I don't particularly know about B12 production but what I read in the comments of your post is quite true. And I can only encourage you to keep looking for informations before you take any drugs.

Because nowadays pharmaceutical companies are first and foremost enterprise looking for profit rather than general population healthcare.

Same goes for the agri-food industry. A good customer is an informed one. :-)

Thanks for the welcome. I already found one thing I will definitely follow from now on : the Keiser Report (youtube).

I know of biomicry and i think it's a great way to "discover" new things by just observing nature. But I don't work in this field. I can work for pharmaceutical companies which produce their drugs biologically (cell culture, purification ...).

Thank you for welcoming me and Bonjour from Vincennes, France !

Thank you also to Karine Durand aka Kadu for her idea of this network for me.

Yes, I shall be more specific about transmedia.

Transmedia concept has been spreading over the communities of marketing, publishing and Tv industries with some confusion and commercial interest. Some people around the world have tried to recontextualize it and put it back into its roots of the theory of media, communications, arts and culture. Online social networks and activism helped us to collectively make it better understood and we are still currently working on it, with some us meeting in real life at conferences and workshops. Transmedia is now taught in several universities and schools in the world as an emergent form of creative discipline for the media and the arts, and often used for spreading positive messages on change and activism in general. Alternate Reality Games is the best example of transmedia in action. In 2 years the word transmedia saw great interest and discussion and people have updated the wikipedia entries.

Not sure I answered your questions but this can help to understand what transmedia is? Let me give you the definition (revised this year) by Professor Henry Jenkins from USC (former MIT) - and of course there are other definitions being discussed with passion and great collective work:

"Transmedia storytelling represents a process where integral elements of a fiction get dispersed systematically across multiple delivery channels for the purpose of creating a unified and coordinated entertainement experience. Ideally, each medium makes its own unique contribution to the unfolding of the story"

Dear Jean Francois

Thanks a lot for your welcome.

I don't feel to bee an holder as you said.

I am a small producer who owns his means of production.

building an runing  all by myself.
which I think is the best economic system for the future.

No master, no slave
I use the money as a tool.
I use very little for myself.

No car nearly no clothes etc...

Hi JF Noubel,

Thank you for the welcome, I will try to have a look around.. .Sure I could find nice places :) and people :) - Thank you.

I read below South Africa, I can suggest to connect with Myrnas Lewis and the Deep Democracy community. I have been trained in that field for decision and conflict resolution. They are great.

Happy that collective intelligence is rising. Wish you lot of succes and wish us we manage to garanty minimum basis for everyone... Collective intelligence could help for that and will be strengthen by fullfillment of basic need.

Good journey

I could assist to run these camps in South Africa.

I develop my website so I can use as a multi-purpose tool during talks. I wonder if we know some of the same people? Open Source Ecology? Charles Fraser?

I have spent the last 2 years working with a Norweigan colleague working on a plan to transform Africa through building green, decentralized eco-communities. We are about to start our pilot this year. We have 2 phases: phase 1) pilot at one chosen site 2) replicate model across the continent.

I am working with TED presenter Dr. Taddy Blecher to do phase 2). He is CEO of Maharishi Institute which is developing the world class Ezemvelo sustainability campus with students already enrolling from across the continent. Taddy plans to graduate 100,000 bachelor's degrees from underprivileged students from across South Africa in the next decade and effect a huge wealth transfer to the poor. He is also expanding his model of free education across the entire continent.

Once we complete phase 1) and work out all the bugs (including the community economic system), we will then build the Ezemvelo Sustainability campus and then transfer techniques in:

Industrial Hemp industry
Bamboo Forest industry

community manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing

permaculture, community food production, processing and distribution

natural medicinal manufacturing

local economy - local currency, social franchises, cooperatives

appropriate renewable energy

waste-to-energy and waste treatment

The students of the sustainability campus will bring these skills to their own communities across Africa, hence spreading the model across the entire continent.

Namaste, Tashi Delek, Hello, Bonjour JFN! Thanks.

I am sure I will feel at home here. There is a huge potential to do things right with Africa. As you know, cellular technology leapfrogged Landline phone systems and mobile is now being used for everything...it is the technology at the Base of the Pyramid.

I truly feel we can do something amazing here. WIth the right model, we can actually surprise the rest of the world and show how we can leapfrog the existing outdated aid and handout paradigm and actually enable African people to not only pull themselves out of poverty but create thriving communities which will reach the levels of well being which all human beings deserve.

This is interesting times we are in. I have been reading Jean Zin, referred to me by Michel Bauwen and I am trying to absorb P2P Foundation and Jean's theories on how we can create an Open Source-based economic system. I have also been in contact with Bitcoin operators here in South Africa and am investigating it as a potential alternative community currency system to implement at the community level. I am attracted to it because it can scale around the world so it can be used as a zero interest currency in small communities but at the same time be used to exchange with anyone in the world.

My main reservations about using technology to implement such a system is vulnerability to Peak Oil but perhaps if we could use Bitcoin or Community Exchange Systems as the primary currency, we could have a fallback hard, physical currency in case of technology failure or technology access issues (although mobile is everywhere).

I have a lot of ideas which I feel could benefit humanity greatly but am searching for the right economic model to develop it in. I don't want to go the tradition route and I like Michel and Jean's ideas about collaborative peer production in which communities of individuals with complimentary skillsets can work together and share in the wealth created - all with some level of protection.

I have a concrete target of leaving my current technology day job and derive a source of income in such a collaborative environment doing work that will accelerate the transition. We all need to have our basic needs met as we try to build a better world!

Hi.

This is the closet I have come to becoming a part of this movement. I have an awesome idea called ErgoFlow which could help to make it happen.

The only problem is this... I am in a really bad situation.  No time to really explain it, but please check out this campaign I started and support it, because I am tired of all my talent going to waste.

I need a break, and the end goal of my campaign and its multiple parts is to get into a business incubatar program, or join some other part of this movement, so I can turn my ideas, and help other people turn thier ideas, into platforms.

If people help me, I can truly, truly, help them, and this entire movement to take another step. I'm 18, going on 19, but please look past my age. My life is also at stake here, this is not just about me wanting to start up a business, or get a role in this movement.

Please bear with this. Here is the link... I really do think that enough people will ban together, and pull through. I'm doing this all on my own, but this is a culture and movement I really want to become a part of.

Someone at least comment on my page, answer back, or add me on skype or something. I refuse the option of me ending up falling through the cracks, I know what I can do, and my willpower.

I am kind of idealistic, but I know the meaning of struggle. I know the light at the end of the tunnel is coming, and I will achieve it, one way or another. But in my case, crowdfunding campaigns and networking with this culture, will be the only out. Wish me luck.

Thanks ahead of time.

P.S. I got a fro.

D'avance merci.
